Nice quality, great price, efficient delivery

My brand new lamp had its shade damaged when my cat fell from the loft ledge directly hitting the shade. She was perfectly fine, but the Drum shade became a throw-away. I was not a fan of the lamp's original Drum style shade and I came across the Lux's Pembroke. It is a cross between a more traditional Empire and a drum. Perfect. Initially dealing with customer service (email or phone) proved to be challenging ( I needed a chrome sypder instead of the brass as shown). I continued with phone calls and emails in hopes that I would finally get a response to be able to order ( I really needed this shade a.s.a.p.!). Then, I got a call from a man who was clearly in charge of things and made my special request happen. A quick search of their warehouse revealed availability matching my needs. From this moment on things progressed with lightening speed and I had the shade in 2 days. Fantastic! The shade is very good quality, I was able to get the spyder in the metal color I needed and the price was far better than many sites I was visiting in my search.

Perfect size, perfect color, perfect shape. Bought them for our bedroom lamps, and bought them a second time in a larger size for living room lamps. Arrived quickly too. I got the linen sugar color and it is a perfect warm white.
